一、产品简介
为满足复杂地质条件下各种井型的深井、超深井钻探的需要,硅谷研究院研发了新一代硅氟抗高温、抗复合盐降粘剂SF260-Ⅱ。该产品不仅保持了SF260的特性,且在抑制泥页岩水化能力、提高钻井液的造壁功能、抗高温(胜科1#在钻探7002m,井底温度240℃时顺利通过)老化性能和抗岩盐、盐膏层污染能力等方面得到明显加强,大大简化超深井钻井液配方组成且性能稳定、井下安全。具有国内外在超高温、高密度(大于2.3g/cm3)等复杂条件下表现出较强的降粘稳定作用,并能使泥浆稳定周期延长3-5倍,有利于提高深井、超深井的钻井效率和效益,实现快速安全钻探目的。 推荐加量1~2%。

三、包装、运输及储存
本产品包装于铁桶内,每桶净重200(±1%)kg,也可根据客户要求确定包装(特殊要求双方议定)。
本品不燃、不爆、没毒、无害,按非危险品运输管理。
产品储存温度-40ºC~+40ºC,在储存过程中应注意防泄漏、防冻。
本品避免与眼睛接触,否则用大量清水清洗。
本品保质期两年。

It shows super viscosity reduction and stability under complex conditions such as ultra-high temperature and high density (more than 2.3g / cm3), and can extend the mud stability period by 3-5 times. Packaging, Transportation and Storage
The product is packed in iron drums with a net weight of 200 (± 1%) kg. The packaging can also be determined according to the customer's requirements (special requirements agreed by both parties).
This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.
The storage temperature of the product is - 40℃ to + 40℃ . attention should be paid to anti leakage and anti freezing during storage.
Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
The shelf life of this product is two years.
